May 13, 2008, 10:03 p.m.This is all wrong! Real estate investors should only be allowed to invest in VACANT LAND as speculation!
They should NOT be allowed to buy residences and not live there!
That's one major thing that's wrong with real estate in this country today.
And so-called "sub-prime" loans to people who cannot pay a higher monthly mortgage in a few years should NOT be allowed either!
Why has the FHA allowed this crap to happen and perpetuate?
So much for my opinion!
