I've been to a few of these places and would never have thought Daytona Beach would make a list like this. Have you ever been on that beach it should be renamed Cigarette Butt Beach.

I wish someone would do a list like this for Canada - this was an incredibly interesting article. I knew Berkeley would be on there.

They can put Austin on the list, but that doesn't make it true, just more BS from the Austin City Council. The 'SMART' program is 100% nonsense, not gonna happen at all. Sure, they will but 'green power' but only if the citizen's agree, one by one, to pay a premium. When they have ever had to choose, they choose developers over the environment, and every program run by the City of Austin is so corrupt and incompetent that they make FEMA look like geniuses.
Yes, every single program, from street repair to police, A to Z, without exception.

Not one single Arizona city. Isn't there anyone working on that gray haze over Phoenix and Tuscon? The entire state only has 4 or 5 million people, and all awash in sunlight. Maybe the superfund has dried up.
